This bundle was inspired by a simple miscommunication — one that kept our beef locked inside Wisconsin. Our former butcher misunderstood what we meant by "inspection," and while the beef was still every bit as delicious and high quality, we couldn’t legally ship it across state lines.
That’s no longer the case.
With a new butcher and full inspection credentials, we can now proudly ship our premium grass-fed beef nationwide. So while this bundle carries the name Mis-Steak, there’s nothing mistaken about what’s inside.
